LERINS, an independent business law firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Isaure Bouvier, a lawyer in the Health practice, to the position of Counsel.

In her role as Counsel, Isaure Bouvier will primarily focus on the development of services tailored to new professional practices, mainly targeting young healthcare practitioners and creators of health services.

Isaure Bouvier’s role within LERINS’ Health practice is broad. In Healthcare Corporate, she assists her clients (all healthcare stakeholders – health professionals, public and private healthcare establishments, healthcare industries, funds, etc.) throughout their internal and external growth operations. She also advises clients on healthcare regulatory law, specifically in determining how they operate within regulatory constraints and in their relationships with supervisory authorities, the National Health Insurance Fund (Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie), and relevant professional bodies. Furthermore, Isaure assists clients on issues related to healthcare contractual law, including structuring their operations and defending their interests in both pre-litigation and litigation stages. In litigation, she also represents clients in disciplinary cases before professional jurisdictions.

ABOUT ISAURE BOUVIER
Following her experience at the Commission for Conciliation and Compensation of Medical Accidents (2017) and the Health/Civil department of the Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent firm (2017-2019), Isaure Bouvier joined the LERINS Health team in February 2019. She possesses deep expertise on healthcare sector challenges, encompassing healthcare corporate, regulatory healthcare law, contractual healthcare law, and issues related to professional bodies and supervisory authorities. Isaure Bouvier assists project holders, practitioners, and creators of health services from inception to the management of their practice or activity structures.
Isaure holds a Master’s 2 degree in private law and has been registered at the Paris Bar since 2017.
