LERINS & BCW is a leading business law firm. Created by the merger of BCW & Associés and Lerins Jobard Chemla Avocats, the firm is composed of 65 people including 50 lawyers specialized in business law, among which are 16 partners.

The firm provides its clients – French and foreign companies – with a global legal offer in Business Law: Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Litigation, Criminal Business Law, Taxation, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Transport Law and Trading .
