LERINS & BCW announces the appointment of Mathilde Croze as co-managing partner of the firm alongside Laurent Bernet. Mathilde Croze is a partner in the Corporate and IP/IT teams and has created the New Technologies, Personal Data and Intellectual Property department.
The main objectives of this new duo are to maintain the firm’s growth rate, both in France and internationally, to structure its governance, to accelerate its digital transformation, and to develop the firm’s offering dedicated to organizational and technological changes.

Alongside Laurent Bernet, partner in the litigation and arbitration team, Mathilde Croze will also be responsible for supporting collaborative and cross-team client projects and developing the partner-track.

Mathilde, a Franco-American national, has been a lawyer since 2003. She assists French and foreign companies in matters of intellectual property, information technology and personal data, as well as in their daily contractual management.
Laurent has been a lawyer since 1994 and is mainly involved in business litigation, particularly in matters of commercial contracts and corporate law, as well as in the prevention and management of conflicts between partners. He assists French and international companies and has developed a specific expertise in the industry sector.
